Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Welcome to GPUCloudList. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GPUCloudList website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, available at gpucloudlist.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the GPUCloudList Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and GPUCloudList ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Service.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
2. Use License and Restrictions
GPUCloudList grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license is subject to your compliance with these Terms and does not include any right to:
- Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content or materials obtained from the Service;
- Use any automated means, including but not limited to bots, scrapers, spiders, or crawling tools, to access, collect data, or extract content from the Service without our prior written consent;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software associated with the Service;
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service, or to extract pricing data for commercial redistribution;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, including copyright, trademark, or other rights notices, from the Service or any content therein;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or the servers and networks connected to it.
Any unauthorized use of the Service automatically terminates the license granted herein and may result in civil and/or criminal liability. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our interests or the interests of other users.
3. Price Accuracy Disclaimer
GPUCloudList provides pricing information for GPU cloud instances across multiple providers as a convenience and informational resource. However, you should be aware of the following important limitations regarding pricing data:
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: Cloud GPU pricing is highly dynamic and subject to frequent changes by providers. Prices may change without notice due to provider updates, promotional campaigns, regional variations, spot/on-demand pricing models, or other factors beyond our control.
- Informational Purpose Only: All pricing information displayed on the Service is provided for informational and comparison purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, quote, or binding commitment from GPUCloudList or any cloud provider.
- Verification Required: Before making any purchasing decision, you must verify current pricing directly with the respective cloud provider. GPUCloudList is not responsible for any discrepancies between the prices shown on our Service and the actual prices charged by providers.
- Additional Costs: The prices displayed may not reflect all applicable costs, including but not limited to data transfer fees, storage costs, taxes, discounts, reserved instance pricing, or other charges that may apply to your specific use case.
- No Financial Advice: Nothing on this Service should be construed as financial, investment, or procurement advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the cost-effectiveness and suitability of any cloud GPU service for your needs.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
Transparency is important to us. GPUCloudList participates in affiliate marketing and referral programs with various cloud computing providers and related services. Please be aware of the following:
- Affiliate Links: Some links on the Service are affiliate links. When you click on these links and sign up for or purchase services from a cloud provider, GPUCloudList may receive a referral fee or commission at no additional cost to you.
- No Influence on Rankings: The presence of affiliate relationships does not influence the ranking, comparison, or presentation of providers or pricing on our Service. Our comparisons are based on publicly available data and objective analysis.
- Revenue Model: Affiliate commissions are a primary source of revenue that enables us to maintain and improve the Service, conduct research, and provide free content to our users.
- Third-Party Terms: When you are redirected to a third-party provider's website through an affiliate link, your interactions with that provider are governed by their own terms of service, privacy policies, and pricing. GPUCloudList is not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party websites.
If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships or how we generate revenue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
5. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Certain features of the Service may require you to create an account. When you do so, you agree to the following:
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security.
- You will not create an account using another person's identity, impersonate any individual or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
- You agree not to post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
GPUCloudList reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these responsibilities or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Third-party content, including pricing data, provider names, and specifications, is the property of their respective owners. Such content is displayed for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by GPUCloudList. These links are provided for your convenience and informational purposes only.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit. When you click on affiliate links, you will be redirected to third-party websites where your transactions are subject to their own policies and pricing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GPUCloudList, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPUCloudList and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service and any activity under your account;
- Your violation of these Terms or any laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- Your misrepresentation of any information provided to GPUCloudList;
- Your use of any third-party products or services accessed through the Service;
- Any dispute between you and a third-party cloud provider.
GPUCloudList reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with GPUCloudList in asserting any available defenses.
10. Termination
GPUCloudList may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
- All rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease;
- You must discontinue all use of the Service;
- We may delete any data associated with your account, if applicable;
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
You may also terminate this agreement by ceasing all use of the Service. Sections that, by their nature, are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Brazil, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
12. Changes to Terms
GPUCloudList reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
We will provide notice of material changes through one or more of the following methods: (a) by posting a prominent notice on the Service prior to the change becoming effective; (b) by sending an email to the email address associated with your account; or (c) by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
