Affiliate Disclosure

Last Updated: April 10, 2026

1. What is an Affiliate Disclosure?

An affiliate disclosure is a statement that explains how a website or content creator earns revenue through affiliate marketing. When you click on links on our site and make a purchase through those links, we may receive a commission from the provider. This is a common and legitimate business model used by thousands of websites, bloggers, and content creators across the internet.

GPUCloudList is transparent about our affiliate relationships because we believe you deserve to know how we generate revenue. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, which require websites to clearly disclose any material connections that may influence the content they publish.

Our goal is to maintain your trust by being fully transparent about our business practices. We want you to understand that while we may earn commissions from affiliate links, this does not affect the price you pay and does not influence our pricing data, comparisons, or recommendations.

2. Our Affiliate Partners

GPUCloudList participates in affiliate programs with leading GPU cloud providers and related services. Below is a list of our current affiliate partners:

This list may be updated as we form new partnerships or disexisting relationships change. We will keep this page current to reflect our active affiliate relationships.

3. How Affiliate Links Work

Affiliate links on GPUCloudList function as follows:

  1. You click a link: When you click on a provider name, pricing link, or "Visit Provider" button on our site, you may be redirected through an affiliate tracking URL. This URL contains a unique identifier that attributes the referral to GPUCloudList.
  2. Tracking cookie is set: The affiliate partner's website sets a tracking cookie in your browser. This cookie typically has an expiration period ranging from 30 to 90 days, depending on the partner's program terms.
  3. You make a purchase: If you sign up for an account or purchase services within the cookie's validity period, the affiliate partner records the referral.
  4. We earn a commission: Based on the referral, we receive a commission. This may be a percentage of the sale, a flat fee, or a credit applied to our account, depending on the specific affiliate program's structure.

The entire process is automatic and requires no action on your part beyond clicking the link. You are not required to disclose anything to the provider about the referral source.

4. No Additional Cost to You

When you use our affiliate links, you pay exactly the same price as you would if you had visited the provider's website directly. The commission we earn is paid by the provider out of their own revenue — it is not an additional charge passed on to you.

In some cases, our affiliate links may even provide you with exclusive discounts, bonus credits, or promotional offers that are not available to the general public. We always highlight these benefits when they are available so you can take advantage of them.

Think of it this way: using our affiliate links is a free way to support GPUCloudList while getting the same (or better) pricing on cloud GPU services.

5. How We Maintain Objectivity

Trust is the foundation of everything we do at GPUCloudList. We understand that our value comes from providing accurate, unbiased information — not from steering you toward specific providers. Here is how we ensure our objectivity:

Data-Driven Pricing

All pricing data on GPUCloudList is collected programmatically through automated scraping and API integrations. Prices are updated regularly without human intervention, ensuring that the information you see reflects the provider's current rates — not our editorial preferences.

No Paid Placements

Providers cannot pay to appear higher in our search results, comparisons, or rankings. Our listings are ordered based on objective criteria such as price, performance metrics, and availability — never on the basis of commission rates or partnership status.

Transparent Methodology

We publish our methodology and data collection practices so you can understand how we gather and present pricing information. If you have questions about how a specific price or comparison was calculated, we encourage you to reach out to us.

Editorial Independence

Our editorial team (which produces blog posts, reviews, and guides) operates independently from our business development team. Affiliate partnerships do not influence the content, tone, or conclusions of any editorial material. We will always provide honest assessments, including criticisms, regardless of affiliate relationships.

Comprehensive Coverage

We strive to include all major GPU cloud providers in our comparisons — including providers with whom we do not have affiliate relationships. Our goal is to give you the complete picture, not just the providers that generate revenue for us.

6. Types of Affiliate Relationships

GPUCloudList participates in several types of affiliate and partnership arrangements:

  • Standard Affiliate Programs: We register through affiliate networks (such as ShareASale, PartnerStack, or direct provider programs) and receive unique tracking links. Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis after reaching a minimum threshold.
  • Referral Programs: Some providers offer referral programs that are similar to affiliate programs but may use different terminology. These work the same way: we share a link, and if you sign up, we receive a referral bonus or credit.
  • Sponsored Content: On occasion, we may publish sponsored articles, benchmarks, or case studies provided by or created in collaboration with a provider. Any sponsored content will be clearly labeled as such at the top of the article with a disclosure such as "Sponsored" or "In Partnership With."
  • Display Advertising: We may display banner advertisements from providers on our site. These ads are managed through ad networks or direct agreements and are clearly distinguishable from our editorial content.

7. Cookie and Tracking Disclosure for Affiliate Links

When you click on affiliate links from GPUCloudList, the following tracking mechanisms may be used:

  • Affiliate Tracking Cookies: These cookies are set by the affiliate partner's domain (not by GPUCloudList) and are used to attribute referrals. They typically expire between 30 and 90 days.
  • First-Party Cookies: GPUCloudList may set cookies to track which affiliate links you click on our site for internal analytics purposes. This helps us understand which providers are most interesting to our users.
  • Web Beacons and Pixels: Some affiliate partners may use transparent image files (1x1 pixels) or JavaScript snippets to track referrals and conversions.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, block, and delete cookies. Please note that disabling affiliate tracking cookies may not prevent you from using our site, but it may affect our ability to receive commission attribution.

For more detailed information about our cookie practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over how you interact with GPUCloudList and our affiliate partners:

  • Choose not to use affiliate links: You can navigate directly to any provider's website by typing their URL into your browser. You will still find accurate pricing information on our site to inform your decision.
  • Disable tracking cookies: Configure your browser to block third-party cookies, which will prevent affiliate tracking cookies from being set. Note that this does not affect your ability to use our site.
  • Use incognito/private browsing: If you want to ensure no tracking cookies persist after your session, use your browser's private browsing mode.
  • Request data deletion: If you have an account with GPUCloudList, you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Opt out of marketing: If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send.

9. FTC Compliance Statement

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR Part 255 ("Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising"), GPUCloudList discloses that we have a material connection with the providers listed on this page. This means we may receive compensation when you click on links and/or make purchases through those links.

The FTC requires that this connection be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. By providing this affiliate disclosure, we are complying with that requirement and being transparent with our users.

For more information about the FTC's guidelines on affiliate marketing, visit ftc.gov.

11. Updates to This Disclosure

We may update this Affiliate Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our affiliate relationships, business practices, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our affiliate practices. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our homepage or via email to registered users.
